Isabelle Gagnon
Co-founder of Exeqia, Isabelle Gagnon brings the firm what no tool can provide: a high level strategic read, forged over more than 25 years alongside senior leaders, in corporate governance, talent management and organisational development.
Where many see projects, budgets and timelines, she sees the deep decision structure: where the real trade offs sit, why a priority erodes, what separates a stated intention from genuine will. Getting quickly inside a company's logic, whatever its sector, and naming the gap nobody dares put into words: that is her rarest contribution.
Trained in biotechnology sciences and in industrial and chemical engineering, as well as in management (M.Sc. in organisational change) and governance (Swiss Board School Académie des Administratrices, ACAD), she devoted her thesis to hidden costs in organisations. She has led numerous technology transfers across various fields and countries, served as managing director and executive committee member, then founded ITalent SA in 2012, an international executive search firm (high technology, industry, pharmaceutical, medical, watchmaking). She also holds an Executive Certificate in Leading with AI and Data.
An independent board member and business angel, she is today a strategic counterpart to executive committees and boards: she thinks of the organisation as a system as much as she understands its human and political dynamics.
Her conviction: a strategy is only worth the decisions it actually triggers. Her signature: turning strategic intent into measurable results.
