Trained in biotechnology sciences and in industrial and chemical engineering, as well as in management (M.Sc. in organisational change) and governance (Swiss Board School Académie des Administratrices, ACAD), she devoted her thesis to hidden costs in organisations. She has led numerous technology transfers across various fields and countries, served as managing director and executive committee member, then founded ITalent SA in 2012, an international executive search firm (high technology, industry, pharmaceutical, medical, watchmaking). She also holds an Executive Certificate in Leading with AI and Data.

An independent board member and business angel, she is today a strategic counterpart to executive committees and boards: she thinks of the organisation as a system as much as she understands its human and political dynamics.

An expert in strategy execution, OKRs and digital transformation, and one of the creators of the Execution Circles, Gilles Ruffieux has spent the last 15 years on a single question: why do companies tolerate the greatest waste of human capital there is, the wrong people on the wrong subjects at the wrong time? The hidden cost is known: 37 % of strategic value does not survive execution (HBR).

With 25 years in the field and 10 years of R&D behind him, he tested every conventional method (OKR, Hoshin, Agile, Lean, Holacracy) on real engagements, before concluding that none of them solved the underlying problem. So he built the technology that now powers Exeqia, the Strategy Execution Truth System, forged over 7 years and proven over 5 years at Bulgari (LVMH) and Grisoni.

A former CIO in watchmaking (Corum, Richemont, for Cartier, Piaget, Montblanc, Panerai), he founded the publishing company in 2011 and has led it since 2020. He remains an active strategy execution consultant through CapeGrowth and his firm Agilbility, serving Swiss private, public and parapublic organisations.

A lecturer at EPFL since 2011 and at Haute École Arc, and a Business Agility trainer at FSRM, he runs the masterclass “From Ambitions to Results, at Speed”.

An entrepreneur and digital transformation expert, Romein van Straaten has spent more than 25 years bridging company strategy and operational reality, from the production floor to the executive committee.

Trained in information technology and business economics (Université de Toulouse), he started in the field as supply chain and production director across various industries in Switzerland, where he restructured plants, cut costs and deployed integrated supply chains with the largest European retailers.

In 2008, he founded his first SAP partner company and led TheValueChain SA, serving demanding industries: watchmaking, food, pharmaceuticals and high technology.

That path as an industrial leader, founder, seller and integrator underpins his conviction: technology only creates value if execution follows. It is what led him to found Exeqia.
